Each box begins with high quality unfinished wood.  Started by adding the crest of Gryffindor to the top of the box and then added coordinating paper to the trim of the top of the box, gold and red argyle paper with the Gryffindor crest in the red diamonds to the bottom of the box.  The inside of the box was painted golden yellow.  This box has been covered with multiple layers of sealer for added protection!
